Order Cancellation

Dear Customer, welcome to our Order Cancellation Page.

Please read the following instructions carefully before cancelling your order.

Delivery Information: 

• Delivery is currently available only within Boko, Kamrup. We do not provide delivery services outside this area.

• Every item you order will be delivered within the time slot selected by you during checkout.

• Our ordering system follows a 24-hour clock cycle, which means you can place an order at any time within the 24-hour period.

• However, your order will be delivered only during the delivery time slot you select, whether it falls during the day or night.

Order Cancellation Policy

1. Vegetables, fruits, and other raw products:

   You can cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. The 2-hour period will be calculated from the time shown on your Order Summary/Receipt. Once 2 hours have passed, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

2. Long-term/factory-packaged products:

   You can request cancellation within 3 hours of placing your order. If more than 3 hours have passed, your order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.

3. Cancellation by our Agent:

   In exceptional cases, our Agent may accept your cancellation request after the applicable time limit if you provide a valid and genuine reason. Approval is subject to our Agent's decision.

4. Order ID required:

   You must provide your Order ID when requesting an order cancellation. If you do not have your Order ID, please contact our Agent immediately for assistance.

Cancel Your Order: 

Click on the below WhatsApp icon to cancel your order and type,,, Your order id: e.g- "v1234567" And "Cancel".
